.65% on the next $4,000,000 of market value
.50% on amounts over $4,000,000
Minimum annual fee $2,000
Fees are payable quarterly in advance.
Fees are calculated on an account-by account basis.
Prudent Asset Management reserves the right to amend its fee schedule upon 60 days notice to the investor.
Fees are negotiable.
